At some churches you might expect a lot of ceremonial expressions of faith where a solemn atmosphere is the norm, while at others you may expect to see a great show with loud music, lights, and videos. The Exchange Church promises none of these things.
Don’t get us wrong, all of those things have their place and we are certainly not opposed to them. In fact, on some occasions any one of these might make an appearance in a service. You just can’t count on them. What you can count on is a group of people who are all on a similar journey.
What we hope people will consistently find at the Exchange is grace. Grace to seek God from right where they are. Grace to not have all the answers and even to struggle with the so-called “established” ones. Grace to not be perfect.
